A vending machine to help incentivize students to stick to good behavior, the reward being a token to the Book Machine!
The Horizon Elementary Administrative Staff has long talked about their desire for a “Book Vending Machine.” These machines give teachers and staff an opportunity to incentivize students to get “caught” having good behavior while also encouraging students to grow in their love for reading!
After a few years of research and trying to decide what the best means of obtaining one of these machines would be - we’ve decided to fundraise in order to purchase an “Inchy” brand machine.

- Each Donor will have their logo placed on the front and side of book vending machine.
- Donors are invited to be introduced during the Unveiling Celebration for students and parents.

The FAQ's
Is my sponsorship/donation tax deductible?
Yes! All sponsorships and donations made to the Horizon Organization of Parents and Staff are tax deductible. You are welcome to request a receipt at any time or you may use our Tax ID when filing your annual taxes: 85-1450792.
Who do I send my logo to?
When you've made your sponsorship payment, we will reach out via email to ask for a high resolution file of your preferred logo. This will be used on all promo materials and event sponsorship benefits mentioned above.
Will there be someone I can stay in touch with about the event and my sponsorship?
Yes! You will stay in direct contact with the current Board President about your sponsorship donation of the Book Vending Machine and the Unveiling Event. If you ever have questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out. Part of our priorities are to ensure we are available to you and respond in a timely manner.
Can I buy more than one sponsorship for the Book Vending Machine?
You can! There is no pressure to do so, but if you would like to purchase more than one level of sponsorship, it will simply void any opportunity for an additional sponsor at that level.
i.e. You want to be the ONE main headline sponsor vs. one of two that we currently offer - both of which cost $250. Purchase (2) $250 sponsorships ($500 total) and your business would be the one sole sponsor of that event. Any other businesses would see this sponsorship opportunity as being "sold out."
