Holiday Plant Fundraiser

Purchase beautiful Holiday plants and a portion of the funds will go back to Horizon Elementary!
ORDER DEADLINE is OCTOBER 31st.
All plants will be delivered between 11/30 - 12/11 TO HORIZON FOR PICKUP.
Please be sure to include your email when purchasing so we can reach out and let you know of the confirmed delivery date!
